Dear Darya,
Thank you for sharing your project in INSPIRELI AWARDS and for your great effort done in the project to develop a micro-district to create a nuclei of a promising city.
However, I have some comments that may help you to raise the quality of your work.
- The sketch design should have been explained because it highlights your idea of the design of the district.
- The proposed layout lacks some parking areas for private vehicles, bicycles, scooters, … etc. which encourages users to live and use the services in this area.
- It was expected to see some sections passing through the interior parts of clusters to explain the enclosure of space.
- It is not clear if the centre of the micro-district contains some services or not.
- In the landscape scheme, it was expected to see the details of the design of softscape and hardscape not just indication for the green areas and its relation with the pathways and streets.
- The design lacks water features which create a cooling environment that is free of pollution and which can give a sense of relaxation.
My advice for you in this type of projects to provide details for each element as much as you can to give a detailed image about your idea.
Wish you all good luck !!
