The project was located in Gliwice, Poland. The aim of the project is to create a new complex that will complement the functions of the old Victoria Theatre. The Viktoria Municipal Theater was built in 1890 and was a huge cultural and entertainment complex. The largest and most representative building of this type in Upper Silesia was burnt down in 1945 during World War II. Currently, the theater is kept as a permanent ruin. It is one of the most interesting cultural facilities in the region and is used to present non-standard artistic projects. The concept assumes the creation of a recreational and cultural complex that will enable the development of art and culture in Gliwice. The Fros Teater building is a response to the cities' need for space to express culture. The proposed urban concept changed the character of the place. The area invites you and becomes an open space for recreation. The implementation of this project will not only revitalize and renew the space of Gliwice, but will also contribute to creating new opportunities for the local community, artists and culture in general. The Fros Teater complex is an expression of determination and faith in the city's cultural potential, opening up new development horizons for it and strengthening its position as a center of art and creativity. It is a place where the past and the present will intertwine into a harmonious whole of the place, paying tribute to culture, but at the same time inspiring to create something completely new.

The concept of this project is based on the vision of creating a Cultural Center in Gliwice. The urban context and the idea of closing a quarter of buildings were the starting point for the developed concept. The project consists of four functional segments that harmonize with each other. The concept assumes the creation of four separate but interconnected segments. The building consists of the Entrance Hall, the Multifunctional Hall, the Cultural Center and the Hotel. The arrangement of these functions in separate blocks allows for their autonomous functioning, while ensuring the possibility of connection and synergy between them thanks to the use of passages and footbridges. The simple shape and the facade from Kłodnicka Street, together with the new pedestrian route, create a closed and coherent quarter. The north-eastern facade has been diversified by cracks that lead directly to the Multifunctional Hall. The walls between the blocks have been slightly tilted, and connectors have been placed between them, creating a harmonious connection. The vision of developing this area assumes the creation of a connection between Aleja Przyjaci and the Kłodnica River through a designed pedestrian route. New plantings of greenery connect these two areas, creating a harmonious whole. A ramp has been placed on Aleja Przyjaźni Street, which leads directly to the bank of the Kłodnica River through a tunnel under the road. Boulevards with recreational space are planned on its shore. The proposed spaces not only play a semi-private role only for the Theatre, but above all constitute a public space, open to everyone. The area of this project aims to create a place that fosters social activity, emphasizing people's belonging to a community. The shaped space maintains and supports social integration, creating a community atmosphere. The foyer of the Multifunctional Hall, cloakrooms and cash desks are located on the -1 level, while footbridges leading from the pedestrian route allow direct access to the multifunctional hall. The right segment was intended for the needs of the hotel, while the Cultural Center was designed in the left part of the building. Each of these segments has been carefully thought out to meet specific goals and provide unique experiences for both residents of Gliwice and visitors to the city. As a result, this project is not only an architectural vision, but above all a manifestation of cultural and social values. The Cultural Center in Gliwice is a place where art, knowledge and meetings of people come to life, creating new horizons and building the cultural identity of the city.

The building has a glass façade made of milk glass, which imitates the aesthetics of ice. The façade is a full glass enclosure with double glass fixed to the ceilings. the structure of the building is based on reinforced concrete columns. but creates large open spaces, giving the feeling of spacious rooms.
