The project “DVĚ VĚŽĚ I BODALEC” introduces a pair of cylindrical towers designed to host a mix of functions within a cohesive, community-oriented complex. The architectural language is modern and streamlined, with radial symmetry and generous openings allowing for panoramic views and daylight penetration. The towers accommodate leisure, wellness, and workspaces, complemented by shared amenities such as gyms, play areas, and rooftop terraces that aim to foster a socially connected and healthy lifestyle.
While the conceptual ambition and spatial programming are commendable, the proposal would benefit from further refinement in how it interfaces with the surrounding urban context. More detailed resolution of circulation paths, material transitions, and environmental performance strategies—particularly regarding the solar shading system and landscape integration—would enhance both the user experience and long-term viability of the design. The project has potential to serve as a benchmark for multifunctional vertical living if developed with more attention to technical detailing and site responsiveness.
