This presentation is highly commendable for its narrative structure and clear conceptual grounding. The project's philosophical depth—centered around resolving conflict and nurturing dialogue—was well reflected not only in the written concept but also in how the architectural program was spatially organized. The renders are powerful and evocative, effectively conveying both the atmosphere and purpose of the space. The visual progression of the staircase and labyrinth concept is particularly engaging, as it reinforces the intended educational journey.
The floorplans are impressively detailed and intuitive, showcasing a strong sense of user flow and spatial hierarchy. The progression from closed, introspective areas to open, communal spaces is both symbolic and practical. To further strengthen the technical side, we suggest adding scale bars or dimensions directly on the plans to communicate area sizes more clearly, which will enhance understanding of spatial proportions and usability.
The presentation board’s color palette—particularly the use of yellow, green, and red—was a bold and refreshing choice that really made this entry stand out. The balance between warm and energetic tones and cooler shades effectively supported the project's dual themes of growth and transformation. Your use of these specific colors not only made the board visually distinct but also helped convey the evolving emotional tone of the project stages.
Your narrative statements were thoughtfully composed and brought a poetic layer to the technical aspects of the proposal. The metaphor of the tower as both a watchpoint and a symbol of environmental vigilance was especially powerful.
Thank you, Roma Zaytsev, Egor Orlov, and congratulations for participating in the Inspirele Architecture Competition. Your project, with its unique synthesis of ecological innovation, psychological progression, and architectural storytelling, made a strong and memorable impression. We wish you continued inspiration and success in your future work!
