This project, Mixed Use Towers (Commercial Center & 5 Stars Hotel), showcases a strong foundation in programmatic planning and mixed-use functionality, offering a comprehensive commercial and hospitality destination in one integrated development. The variety of facilities—from commercial spaces to entertainment, administration, and accommodation—illustrates a solid grasp of user needs and spatial organization.
However, when working on a high-rise development, it is essential to start from the macro scale, considering the vicinity, urban connections, transportation networks, site context, and climatic factors, down to the micro scale, such as spatial arrangement, circulation, and user experience. Incorporating these layers into your presentation would help communicate how the project fits into its broader environment and enhances its feasibility and relevance.
The unit plans are clearly shown and help explain the internal organization. The site development looks acceptable, but could benefit from more contextual integration—like pedestrian access, drop-off zones, or interaction with surrounding plots.
As for the renders, the design intent is visible, but they could be improved to better reflect the luxury and realism expected of a 5-star establishment. Refining materiality, lighting, and human scale would greatly enhance their visual impact. Don’t hesitate to study lighting techniques and use references to understand how mood, tone, and texture can elevate a rendering.
Mai Diab, your project reflects thoughtful programming and a commendable level of ambition. With more attention to contextual analysis and visual presentation, this proposal has the potential to stand out even more. Great effort—thank you for sharing your work!
