Your concept is thoughtfully created and well-rooted in the needs of both the local community and visiting tourists. I love your idea of combining sports, recreation, and tourism to enhance Cox’s Bazar’s identity and economy. The goal of fostering athletic development while also offering public leisure and entertainment is a solid foundation that supports long-term community engagement and vitality. It's clear that your intentions for social impact were carefully considered.
Your design process reflects a good understanding of the site and program. The layout and plans you presented are effective, showing clear zoning for both competitive and recreational functions. The incorporation of plazas, vendor spaces, and green terraces shows a good grasp of human-scale design, encouraging interaction across different user groups. The massing and form of the building, especially with its bold and dynamic presence, reinforce the nature of a sports complex very well.
However, I’d like to suggest improving the quality and emotion of your perspective renders. Adding more life to your visuals—through realistic vegetation, human figures in action, and atmospheric lighting—will significantly elevate your presentation. I understand that a lot of effort was invested in designing the building itself, but the way it's presented visually plays a big role in how well it communicates your vision. Studying effective render techniques and board-ready compositions could help you bring out the full potential of your concept.
Your project shows a strong understanding of both design and purpose. You’ve done a commendable job merging architectural form, community need, and tourism potential. With further refinement in visual storytelling and rendering, this project can become even more impactful.
Thank you, Ferdous Alam Khan, for joining Inspireli and congratulations!
