The "Cosmic Hub" is an exceptionally well-conceived project that masterfully combines educational, public, and residential functions into a dynamic urban ecosystem. The integration of green bridges, active outdoor zones, and multifunctional public spaces reflects a deep understanding of contemporary urban challenges and successfully revitalizes the postindustrial fabric of Poblenou. The dark, double-height exhibition space illuminated by LED lighting introduces an exciting spatial drama, while the meticulous attention to sustainable technologies—such as mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, recycled tiles, and low-carbon materials—reinforces the project’s environmental sensitivity. The architectural language is coherent and elegant, balancing transparency, solidity, and textural richness. One minor point for enhancement could be a deeper exploration of how the educational programming inside the hub interacts with the broader community in the long term, potentially through adaptable public workshops or open exhibitions. Overall, this project is highly commendable for its conceptual clarity, technical maturity, and civic generosity.
