Your “KONNEX” project is an exciting and innovative approach to adaptive reuse. I am impressed by how you skilfully transform an existing structure into a vibrant mixed-use environment, blending coworking, makerspace, and coliving in a cohesive design. The mushroom-inspired concept is unique and gives the project a strong visual identity, creating a sense of creativity and dynamism.

The technical detailing, especially the integration of the steel truss with the existing concrete floor, shows a thoughtful and structurally sound approach. The illuminated textile element adds a lightness and aesthetic appeal to the industrial materials.
