Great work integrating traditional mortise and tenon joinery with modern modular design and digital fabrication techniques. This approach not only preserves the craftsmanship and mechanical stability of historic construction but also enhances sustainability through disassemblability and reuse, perfectly aligning with contemporary architectural demands.
The thoughtful use of polycarbonate canopies for natural light control and ventilation shows a strong commitment to comfort and energy efficiency, leveraging mature technology in an intelligent way. The material palette creates a rich visual contrast that balances tradition with industrial style, while the incorporation of Xuan paper texture beautifully ties the space to its cultural theme, making the design both functional and deeply meaningful.
