The project offers a holistic and sustainable vision for the future of Kon Hen, proposing to restore the island's natural balance, traditional crafts, and harmonious human interaction with water. The concept of an adaptive landscape and floating residential modules is compelling and addresses the real-world conditions of frequent flooding. Self-sufficiency, autonomous systems, and the connection of houses by floating bridges create a sustainable and socially connected community.
For greater clarity, the project would benefit from a more detailed description of life within the clusters—how private, public, and artisan spaces are distributed—as well as visual examples of the landscape at different seasons and water levels.
Overall, the work is strong, contextually sensitive, and well-reasoned; minor clarifications would make it fully convincing.
