The project delivers an ambitious and forward-thinking response to local economic and environmental challenges. By integrating sea salt harvesting with hospitality and community spaces, it redefines industrial architecture as a catalyst for regeneration. The spatial strategy between production and leisure is elegant and well-articulated, while the use of solar orientation and wind analysis demonstrates strong technical rigor. The proposal is both visionary and grounded—transforming a natural process into a cultural and architectural experience.
My advice is to refine the user experience within the large structural system—consider how workers, visitors, and guests interact with each layer of production. Introducing moments of transparency, shading, and visual connection could enhance both comfort and storytelling. Further studies on material tactility and microclimate control would strengthen the link between technical innovation and human experience.
