This project presents an innovative and contextually responsive design for a coastal hotel in Croatia. The architectural concept leverages the site's natural topography, allowing the structure to extend over the sea, providing guests with immersive ocean views and a unique spatial experience. The building's layout, consisting of three interconnected blocks, adapts to the terrain, offering individualized floor plans that enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
The structural system employs a metal frame supported by reinforced foundations anchored into the rocky landscape, ensuring stability and durability. The use of environmentally friendly materials and the integration of natural elements reflect a commitment to sustainable design principles. The thoughtful incorporation of glass and wood patterns not only adds to the visual appeal but also contributes to the building's structural integrity.
Overall, "HOTEL FOR 300 PLACES" exemplifies a harmonious blend of innovative architecture and environmental sensitivity, offering a compelling model for sustainable coastal development.
Dear Tamer ElSerafi, thank you very much!
