Hi Mohammad,
Love the rejuvenated port with more public programs in a strong urban fabric identity in form of a circle outline with two main cuts. A little bit more attention on the ground / port urban fabric would be good to improve axial clarity and circulation duplications.
The extended public realm on the original seawall is welcomed, humanising the port with more leisure marina and recreational activities. A bit of attention to coastline programming would really make the new public shoreline come alive, reclaiming the desired seafront view from the utilitarian port.
All the best with your future projects.
Dear Muhammad Qhawarizmi Norhisham,
Thank you for your feedback points will be reviewed and further developed
