This project delivers a visionary reinterpretation of industrial heritage through the lens of emerging Industry 6.0 technologies, proposing a dynamic transformation of the Sugar Factory site into a Scientific-Industrial Park. The conceptual framework is deeply ambitious, creatively integrating automated production, bioreactor-based purification systems, and neural network-connected infrastructure, all while maintaining a strong environmental consciousness. The division of the complex into movement, public space, and production zones is logically articulated and ensures functional synergy across the site. The emphasis on minimal ground intervention and the promotion of natural ecosystem development further reinforce the project’s sustainability ethos. A more detailed visualization of human-scale interactions and spatial experience could enrich the project's accessibility and narrative clarity. Overall, this thesis offers a compelling and future-oriented model for adaptive industrial reuse that bridges technology, ecology, and innovation.
